The CNC turner will use a lathe to machine parts based on the customer’s technical drawings while abiding by quality and deadline requirements.

CNC turner responsibilities :

  • Analysis of machining plans
  • Editing of the existing programme
  • Adjustment of cutting tools (entering of tool settings)
  • Machining and inspection of the first part
  • Corrections to ascertain the part fully complies with the plans
  • Quality control of the machined part using means of inspection available and checklist (measurements, surface finish…)
  • Filling in of corresponding production documents

CNC turner requirements :

  • Prior experience of ISO programming, and ideally of working with FANUC controls
  • Ability to visualize parts based on a plan
  • Prior experience of machining small parts, ideally in the medical sector (non-corrosive materials: titanium, stainless steel, cobalt-chrome…)
  • Experience inspecting parts and interpreting results

Futher information concerning the vacancy

  • Contract of indefinite duration
  • Company working hours: two 8-hour shifts (morning/evening)
  • Shift premium + meal vouchers + ‘Mutuelle’ health insurance (50%) + employee welfare benefit plan + pension scheme
